Product decription:
Natural polyester filament braided rope provides the rated tensile strength. The strength of the rope is computed by using the grams per denier information published on the McGraw-Hill Man-made Textile Fiber Chart. Production lots are periodically checked with tensile testing equipment for quality control. Since many handling and application conditions are factors that effect the strength of braid construction, CABLE X-PERTS, INC and the manufacture offers no guarantee of the exact strength of the rope products. The data listed in any of our published literature is offered as a design guide only.

Specifications: Braided with a specific number of ends of tinned copper wire per ASTM-B-33, to the construction above, then mill-rolled to the width listed.
Due to the manufacturing process of tinned copper braid, we can not always guarantee a continuous length. Therefore, in order to promptly fill orders of 25ft, 50ft & 100ft, we reserve the right to ship a maximum of 2 lengths or +/- 5ft. You will be invoiced at the per foot price according to the actual total length shipped. Thank you for your understanding.

A flat tinned copper braid has a specific current carrying capacity. High currents are easily carried at low voltage. Typically used as a flexible ground strap where flexibility, strange configurations and solder ability are of prime importance. Using ground braid helps eliminate TVI, RF feedback, and electrical shocks.
